Penhallow

The project was in St Wenn, Cornwall. We converted a dilapidated bungalow into a large 5 bedroom family home, the existing roof structure was removed, 2 small extensions added at ground floor level, a new timber floor structure added at 1st floor level, and a timber framed 1st floor structure introduced. Externally the 1st floor was clad in untreated larch, and allowed to weather to a silver colour over time.
