Oaklea (currently in progress)

Comprehensive internal and external major refurbishment of a large 8-bedroom Victorian house. The project included remodeling of external spaces, electrical modifications, extensive plastering, replacement of all internal joinery, refurbishment of the existing feature staircase, creation of a new accessible en suite shower room, interior decoration, flooring, and installation of fixtures and fittings.

Externally, the work involved a complete re-roofing, installation of new windows, masonry repairs, removal of old paint from the original stonework, partial re-pointing, and replacement of lead coverings on bay roofs.
