A spacious modern open-plan extension featuring premium finishes such as comprehensive underfloor heating, porcelain tiles, large glazed roof lights, external lighting, and modifications to the existing internal layout. We were subsequently awarded a second phase of work that involved extensive landscaping, including the creation of five distinct sun terraces with interlinking pathways, raised planters, two stunning water features, and Corten steel lawn edgings.
